The Alrounder Cleric
As you know, selecting the right class and souls for your play style is very important. However, with RIFT’s soul tree system where you can really mix up the builds for each class, it can be a tough decision and it’s not always easy to get right.
We tried to get the TRION dev team to leak their favourite builds but that information is top secret that doesn’t leave the TRION offices. To help us out, TRION selected four prolific Alpha testers who were happy to share their RIFT knowledge and soul builds with the RIFT community. There’s a good mix of builds here you may want to try out in the test which kicks off today so get a pen and paper ready and take some notes. Read on to check out the builds and soul trees.

Saboteur
The RIFT soul previews continue and the latest update can be found over at Massively as they look at the Sabotuer. Here’s a quick snip from the update:
The Saboteur is a cunning Rogue who uses explosives and other incendiaries to cripple opponents and control the battlefield. With proper preparation, a Saboteur can destroy enemies without ever giving them a chance to join battle.
A Saboteur requires significant preparation to launch each devastating assault, and is quickly overcome if confronted in direct combat before every trap is in place.

Justicar And Stormcaller Classes Revealed
Posted 10 October 2010 by Rushster [Comments Off]Trion Worlds has unveiled two new the Justicar and the Stormcaller.
The Justicar is a healing cleric, but one who builds his healing powers through close combat. Every successful hit builds his conviction, which in turn bolsters his allies, so it’ll be up to players to keep him in the thick of battle at all times.
Meanwhile, the Stormcaller is a master of air and water. He can weave these two magics together into powerful spells that could not be achieved by the individual components. The only down side to this is a longer charge time, which may be interrupted by cunning enemies.
